Quien me ayuda no he podido solucionar esto a que se debe alguien que me explique.

Se ve que tienes un problemas con los errores que muestra ASP.Net pero no haz indicado cual es exactamente tu problema. ¿Puedes explicarlo con detalles?

Trata de detallar un poco mas la falla, no entiendo por que muestras 2 <system.web> cuando deberia ser uno solo, prueba con esto para que te detalle el error.
